Known for its gorgeous bungalows and craftsman-style homes, you can also find condominiums, modern townhomes, and apartment buildings sprinkled in between early- to mid-century houses. Corners lots tend to have grand old homes, including a few Victorians here and there. Most of the new construction has been done tastefully and respects the area’s style. Some of these homes that are high enough above the street can have views of Lake Union or the mountain ranges.
