MAGNOLIA, WASHINGTON

Magnolia is one of the largest neighborhoods in Seattle, and its location near downtown Seattle makes it an ideal choice for people who like city living, but don’t want to be immersed in the traffic and crowding. The area has a suburban, out of the way appeal and that’s just the way the residents like it.

The majority of Magnolia businesses are located on McGraw Street in the heart of town. There are quaint shops, restaurants, hardware, and grocery stores. A community center, swimming pool, as well as baseball and soccer fields make this a place for family fun.
