Magnolia is one of the largest neighborhoods in Seattle, and its location near downtown Seattle makes it an ideal choice for people who like city living, but don’t want to be immersed in the traffic and crowding. The views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound from Magnolia are breathtaking. It also has Discovery Park, Seattle’s largest, with trails, beaches, and wildlife. About 300 different species of birds are thought to reside in the park and on the waters nearby.
